Installing on Kubernetes
QuasarSDS is distributed as a set of Kustomize manifests.
1. Install the CRDs
The CRDs must exist before you deploy the components; without them, the agent cannot register the nodes.
kubectl apply -f config/crd/bases
2. Deploy the components
kubectl apply -k config/overlays/<your-environment>
This creates the following in the quasarsds-system namespace:

3. Check the status
kubectl -n quasarsds-system get pods
kubectl get sdsnodes
Each storage node should appear as an SDSNode listing its detected drives. Confirm in spec.validated which drives QuasarSDS may use.
4. Create a pool
Continue with Your first volume.
